Job Duties:

• Daily care and education of the children in their care

• Creative lesson planning and implementation

• Daily communication with families

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers

• Have fun! Smile! Laugh!

• Serving meals and helping children with meeting their daily needs

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the classroom

• Keeping portfolio records for each child in your classroom

• Creating an inviting and engaging classroom experience

• Caring for, loving on and sharing Jesus’ love with children

Qualifications:

• Meet and exceed all state Child Care Licensing requirements

• Previous experience in a childcare preferred

• Possess a teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, organization and time-management skills and an intuitive problem-solving ability

• Ability to build rapport with children, families and peers

• Enjoys children!
